Dear Councillors
You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Fiskerton Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 15th January 2026 at 7:00pm in Fiskerton Village Hall at which the business listed in the agenda below will be transacted. Apologies for absence should be reported to myself prior to the meeting. A timeslot of up to 15 minutes will be available early in the meeting for a public session if required.

PROJECTS
- Village Newsletter - To consider and resolve the future arrangements for the parish council newsletter, including:
- adoption of the editorial policy and working party terms of reference
- Format and frequency of publication
- Advertising charges
- Annual subscription of software
- Printing company
- Delegation of authority to the clerk in consultation with the Newsletter Working Party, to approve and publish future editions of the Parish Council newsletter
- agreement of a budget noting that advertising income will be used to offset production costs
- Delegate the authority to the newsletter working party to authorise expenditure up to an agreed amount per edition of the newsletter
- Village shop - to consider proposal
- The Paddock – to resolve next steps
PLAYPARK
- Playpark – To note monthly inspection and consider any action

VILLAGE MAINTENCE & ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES
- To consider requesting the installation of two additional grit bins from Lincolnshire County Council one to be placed near the school and the other close to the village hall car park
- To receive reports of recent fly tipping incidents, consider preventative measures, and agree any actions including liaison with the District Council/ Environmental Health
COMMUNICATIONS
- To consider whether clarification is required regarding the parish council's position following statements made in a recent external publication and to agree any appropriate clarification or guidance
