You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Fiskerton Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 7th May 2026 at 7:00pm in Fiskerton Village Hall at which the business listed in the agenda below will be transacted. Apologies for absence should be reported to myself prior to the meeting. A timeslot of up to 15 minutes will be available early in the meeting for a public session if required.

FINANCE – annual financial matters
- Approve continuing direct debits to Sage; and to GiffGaff Mobile for mobile phone
- Approve continuing use by clerk of a FPC debit card
- Approve insurance quote for 2026/27 at £751.60 (note: year 5 of a 5-year long term agreement with Zurich)
- Resolve to approve the Clerk continuing to pay the following regular and expected payments which have been included in the annual budget, as allowed by Financial Regs
- up to the budgeted amount; and reported paid at the next possible FPC meeting
- if exceeding the budgeted amount, to seek approval at the next possible meeting prior to making a payment
