Dear Councillors 

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Fiskerton Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 13th August 2026 at 7:00pm in Fiskerton Village Hall at which the business listed in the agenda below will be transacted.  Apologies for absence should be reported to myself prior to the meeting. A timeslot of up to 15 minutes will be available early in the meeting for a public session if required.

PLANNING

  1. Planning permission for the installation of four groundwater monitoring boreholes and a change of use from mineral extraction to a sui generis mixed use class comprising minerals extraction and the disposal of waste water at Fiskerton Airfield wellsite, Fiskerton, Lincoln LN3 4HZ. Application expected 13th August 2026. Closing date 3rd September 2026

  1.  Flood Risk Mapping in Fiskerton – To consider concerns raised by residents regarding reported changes to flood risk mapping and any impact on property sales, and to agree any appropriate action
  2. To receive update on Viking Way bench to be installed on grass verge of Hall Lane near its junction with Ferry Road

 

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & ACTIVITES

  1. To receive an update from the Village Hall Management Committee on the YMCA Rural Outreach Youth Club pilot sessions.
  2. Councillor Community Grant Fund – To explore possible projects suitable for submission to the Councillor Community Grant Fund and agree any next steps.
  3. To receive update on Neighbourhood plan consultation 14 review
