Notes of Extraordinary Meeting of Fiskerton Parish Council

Held on Thursday 18th June 2026 at 6:15pm in Fiskerton Village Hall.

Present: Cllr Adrian Walker, Chairman, Cllr C Hill, Cllr M Pothecary.

 

Also present: Sharon Johnson (Clerk)

  1. Open Session: None
  2. Apologies for absence: Cllr L Matthews & Cllr C Darcel
  3. Declarations of interest: None

 

FINANCE - AGAR

 

  1. AGAR documents: The Council considered the following documents for approval.
  1. Internal Auditor’s report: Received and noted.
  2. Governance Statement: Approved by the Council. The Chair and Clerk/RFO were authorised to formally approve and sign. Minute reference 4ii.
  3. Accounting Statement: The Accounting Statement, signed and dated by the RFO prior to presentation, was approved by the Council. The Chair was authorised to formally approve and sign. Minute reference 4iii.
  4. Bank reconciliation as at 31/03/2026: Approved.
  5. Notice of Public Rights: It was noted that the notice will be posted on the website for at least 30 working days.
  6. Explanation of Variances: Approved.
  7. Submission and publication: It was noted that the approved documents will be submitted to the External Auditor and posted on the Parish Council website, including the Asset List as at 31/03/2026.

 

Date of next meeting: The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday 2nd July 2026, 7 – 9pm, Fiskerton Village Hall.
