Notice of Extraordinary Meeting
Dear Councillors
Following amended legislation to allow Council meetings to be held remotely in light of the Covid 19 situation; you are hereby summoned to attend a Zoom remote extraordinary meeting of Fiskerton Parish Council, to be held on Monday 10 August, 2020 at 7:30pm at which the business listed
in the agenda below will be transacted. Meeting ID and Password for this meeting will be issued by Cllr Darcel.
Apologies for absence should be reported to myself prior to the meeting. The time between 7.30pm and 7.45 pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.30pm.

1) Open session – suspension of standing orders for 15 minutes

4) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 13 July 2020
5) To consider next steps for the Neighbourhood Plan
6) To reconsider, with a view to reversing, the decision not to open the playground till September (Special motion brought by CD and CH)
7) To consider matters relating to website accessibility
8) To consider correspondence received and any actions required:
i. Resident in respect of play area being closed
ii. Resident in respect of ASB at village hall
iii. Resident in respect of required maintenance work to open space (Morris Homes); also any response received from Morris Holmes
iv. WLDC - Public Payphone removal consultation
v. First Ever National Impact Survey Launched By Neighbourhood Watch
vi. Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire – Youth Commission Project
vii. VHMC – income from solar panels on village hall roof
