Notice of Extraordinary Meeting
Dear Councillors
Following amended legislation to allow Council meetings to be held remotely in light of the Covid 19 situation; you are hereby summoned to attend a Zoom remote extraordinary meeting of Fiskerton Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 27 August, 2020 at 7:30pm at which the business
listed in the agenda below will be transacted. Meeting ID and Password for this meeting will be issued by Cllr Darcel.
Apologies for absence should be reported to myself prior to the meeting. The time between 7.30pm and 7.45 pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.30pm.

Agenda
1) Open session – suspension of standing orders for 15 minutes
2) Apologies for absence
3) Declaration of interests
4) To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 10 August 2020
5) To resolve upon the adoption of the LCC website
6) To resolve that the clerk issues an order as soon as practicable to the preferred contractor to repair the village hall roof as per his existing, (or, if necessary, updated quotation)
7) To resolve that the ‘Additional Covid Hire Conditions’ as circulated by the Village Hall Bookings Secretary are acceptable; and approve the clerk signing a new rebookings form for future events as required
