Notice of Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Fiskerton Parish Council will be held on Thursday 19th May 2022 at 7:30pm in Fiskerton Village Hall at which the business listed in the agenda below will be transacted. The time between 7.30pm and 7.45 pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.30pm.

144838, Land at Kosylea, Orchard Road, Fiskerton, outline planning application to erect 1no. dwelling with access to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications.       

144839, St Johns, Chapel Road, remove conservatory and erect single storey extension.    

144880,  Hall Farm Hall Lane, erect a single story farm office building including removal of existing buildings

UPDATE REPORTS: to consider and agree actions as required:

15. Repairs to Village Hall roof

ii. approve roofer’s additional work costs over the original quote - £588.00

16. Transfer of land from Morris Homes

i. To consider one resident’s email that another resident’s recollections about the £10,000 from Morris Homes are completely wrong (as per draft minutes of October 2021)

22. Speed Cameras: to consider purchasing 2 speed indicator signs, 3 posts and 3 solar panels, the extra post and solar panel for the existing SID, with a likely total cost of less than £6000.

23. Resolve to reaffirm commitment to the project of construction of new Cycle/Footways as per resident email request

24. To consider resident’s email opining that the Village Hall should be developed to become more and more the community hub of the village for ALL groups and ages of residents, and  that the Post Office service is a key part of that

25. Resident notification of free app re. fly tipping

26. Resident complaint about grasscutting outside property

27. Resident request to consider upgrade to play equipment, and enquiry as to how play parks are considered for upgrades

28. Church – email of thanks for grasscutting contractor carrying out their wishes
