4. To confirm the minutes of the ordinary meeting held 16th December 2019
5. Tanya planning appeal
6. Resignation of clerk and appointment of successor
7. Pizza Van – who should be responsible for giving permission to such operators
8. To receive observations of the District and County Councillors.
9. Matters for inclusion on next agenda
